Connexions Greater MerseysideConnexions Greater Merseyside is part of a national network of Connexions partnerships; the government's support service for all young people aged 13 to 19 in England. The organisation provides support, information and guidance to young people and adults in order to raise aspirations and help them to participate in their own learning and personal development.
Working together with Greater Merseyside staff Cyber Media designed and developed the new Web site featuring:
- Contemporary design attractive to target audiences
- Discrete designs aimed at young people and adults
- Flexible and expandable structure, able to incorporate new features such as quizzes, flash animations and games, new discussion boards, new databases, etc.
- Intuitive navigation with colour coded sections
- Restricted access areas for registered users
- Compliance with Web accessibility standards to AAA level
- A robust search engine
- Custom built interfaces to existing databases
