Cyber Media recently hosted a stand at the DIP Into Synergy conference. The event offered a large selection of interactive workshops as well as presentations on key themes designed to educate, inform and share best practice; and attracted a large audience from across the country.
Cyber Media’s stand generated a lot of interest and was visited by many delegates eager to find out more about Theseus: the most comprehensive and easy to use DIP Case Management System on the market.
Theseus helps drug treatment teams to manage their caseload more effectively and to accurately report upon their caseload effectiveness. It was designed and developed by the Oldham Drugs Intervention Program team in collaboration with Cyber Media, and has been extensively tested and refined to ensure unrivalled ease of use, ongoing caseload management and comprehensive reporting tools.
In use by Oldham DIP since the start of the year Theseus helped to significantly increase their effectiveness in treating clients, and in accurate reporting of these results. This increased effectiveness is now fully reflected in the national monitoring statistics; and as result of this Oldham DIP was commended earlier this year by the Greater Manchester Police and the Government Office North West in recognition of the high standard of effectiveness in treating their clients.
