Managing a Drug Interventions Programme presents considerable challenges, from collecting and storing client data, to case load management to production of reports for bodies including Government Office or the NTA. Theseus DIP, developed by Cyber Media Solutions in collaboration with Oldham Drugs and Alcohol Action Team, provides the solution to all of these challenges and more.
Theseus DIP is a server-based, Web-enabled Caseload Management System for Drug Interventions Programmes. It combines an SQL database, designed to include the Home Office’s Drugs Intervention Record (DIR, formerly ITMDF) with a powerful caseload management system that enables managers and workers alike to effectively manage caseloads. The system automatically generates a wide range of reports, and can even export data directly to the DIR Web site, eliminating time-consuming data entry.
Key benefits:
Powerful caseload management system
Comprehensive reporting function
Low training requirement
Server-based Web-enabled application
