Community Help & Information Network Sandwell (CHAINS) is a partnership working initiative between Sandwell Community Information and Participation Service Ltd (SCIPS) and Wednesbury 2000 Ltd, with funding from the Big Lottery Fund.
Working in close collaboration with the partnership and end-user focus groups, we designed and developed a new brand & website for the CHAINS project. Services provided included:
- Website design and development
- Open source content management system (Joomla)
- Functionality development via prototyping and focus groups
- Joomla customisation and community tool integration
- User group testing
- Logo design
- Training
- Hosting and domain management
Following a lengthy tender process we selected Cyber Media from a number of potential candidates. Their advice and support throughout the development process for our CMS has been invaluable and they have worked closely with us throughout.
