Christopher Beech is a professional photographer based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. He approached us with a need for a website to showcase his work. The brief was short and simple: an aesthetically appealing and usable website suitable for showcasing professional photographic artwork.
We worked closely with the client and delivered a Flash based website featuring:
- An imaginative, contemporary, energetic design
- An impressive introduction sequence accompanied by an extremely memorable music track
- An array of exciting backgrounds that are displayed in rotation so that every time a user visits the site it looks somewhat different
- Animated navigation that whilst alluring, does not steal the emphasis from the content
- Scalable structure that allows expansion
- Well thought out navigation that allows for quick viewing of the 100’s of showcased photographs
The site seamlessly blends with, and complements the showcased artwork, much like a painting’s frame. Subtle yet inspired; a brilliant combination.
