With operations in a large number of countries, ESAB is a world leader in the production of welding consumables and equipment for virtually every welding and cutting process and application.
To promote their broad range of products and services across the globe ESAB operate over 50 websites in dozens of languages. To deploy and manage all of these efficiently they use CommonSpot Content Server, an award winning content management system particularly suitable for large scale, multi-site, multi-lingual implementations.
Working in close collaboration with ESAB Global Marketing Communications in Sweden, we have been providing a full range of CommonSpot support and optimisation services since 2009.
The HLAW Campaign project involved the development of a new website to support a marketing campaign. To realise the project successfully within the tight timescales we liaised with multiple parties including product and campaign managers, web-masters and ESAB’s advertising agency NPP (www.npp-reklam.se).Our service included:
- Transforming the creative vision into a usable, content managed website
- Development and integration of a multiple path questionnaire form
- Set-up of detailed tracking of user paths through the questionnaire to measure completion rate and identify drop-off points
- Extensive use of jQuery to ensure compatibility with mobile devices
We are very pleased to be working with Cyber Media. They have proved to be thoroughly professional, well organised and helpful. ESAB requires solutions that will work for our web sites globally, and CyberMedia have understood our needs for flexible, stable and sometimes complex solutions very well. They have made it possible for us to achieve a lot as they are easy to work with and deliver at the agreed time without compromising on quality.
