Hackney DIP have a multi-agency integrated approach, working closely with other local drug and alcohol services to develop care packages to meet their client’s needs. They deal with one of the largest case loads in the London area; therefore they required a comprehensive and easy to use system that would need to be acceptable to all of the partner agencies. Theseus covered all points.
