We designed an eye-catching and inspirational website with bold imagery and an intuitive filter feature for users to jump in and explore National Park experiences.

The design enables travel industry professionals to easily identify suitable experiences for their clients by filtering available activities by location and theme.

Card Presentation

In total over 70 experiences are available – from a magical trip on the North York Moors Steam Railway, to setting sail on the Broads in a traditional Wherry.

Selecting an activity takes the user to a digital ‘experience card’ which we designed to provide an in-depth overview of the activity, the key highlights, details of related accommodation and accessibility, plus key contacts for the travel industry.

We also designed an engaging blog template and worked in close collaboration with the Peak District National Park’s in-house web team to help ensure the smooth deployment of the design to the Matrix Content Management System.

The Results

The finished design maximises the impact of the stunning imagery associated with England’s iconic National Park landscapes and is an effective platform for National Park Authorities to showcase their ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ experiences to international travel operators.
