The Partner Portal Module makes collaboration with external organisations effortless. Whether it’s a community provider sending a referral to your service, another provider receiving a referral from you, or a charity partner updating outcomes, the portal provides a secure and structured way to manage the whole journey.
Partners can receive referrals from your service without needing full access to Theseus. When referrals are reviewed, the outcome is automatically updated, whether accepted or declined, with clear reasons provided for declined cases.
For partners receiving referrals, the portal enables them to report outcomes within a configurable timeframe. Depending on your service model, this can be a single required update (after which the referral closes) or multiple ongoing updates to track progress over time. Outcome forms can be customised so that each partner only sees the questions relevant to their interventions, keeping reporting simple and focused.
