To demonstrate this capability, we provide an example Power BI custom connector. The connector handles token-based authentication and paginated data requests automatically.

The example connector is provided free of charge for licensed customers, on an ‘as-is’ basis and without warranty. While Cyber Media does not support specific BI platforms or connectors, this example serves as a helpful starting point for your internal teams or partners to tailor the integration to your needs.
This is available to all customers with a commercial Theseus Data API license, it provides a practical starting point for internal or third-party development and support.
Your license includes full access and support for the Theseus Data API on your Live environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly where it matters most.
To help keep everything running smoothly for you and other users, we recommend setting your data refreshes during quieter times (like overnight) and pulling through just the data you need. This helps ensure the system stays fast and responsive for everyone.
Support issues regarding the API may be logged on the Theseus Issue Reporting system in the normal way. However, we do not support diagnostics and consultancy regarding BI system connectors, the use and presentation of data within BI systems, or the structure of data forms held within the Theseus system.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll instigate a focused project to support the deployment, testing, and go-live of the Theseus Data API. At the start of the project, our team will liaise directly with your nominated contact to guide you through the following steps:
We’ll provide credentials and the necessary URL to connect to the Theseus demonstration environment. This will allow you to test your BI connector in a safe environment, where no special category (sensitive personal) data is involved, before going live.
