How Theseus Assertive Outreach Works

A fully responsive interface is provided enabling Outreach Workers to engage with clients using any smartphone or tablet on 4G.

Outreach Workers can search existing Outreach Assessments to continue work with an active client, or start a new Outreach Assessment.

For each Outreach Assessment created, the client is accepted onto caseload within your existing Theseus: Drug and Alcohol case management system.
