Theseus provides local authorities with a flexible case management platform for delivering efficient, accessible and well-managed Crisis Resilience Fund services.
Flexible referral and application workflows
End-to-end assessment and award management
Dashboards, reporting and business intelligence
Theseus helps local authorities manage Crisis Resilience Fund applications from initial referral through to assessment, award, payment and onward support.
The platform can be configured around your local eligibility criteria, operational processes and reporting requirements, providing your teams with a clear and consistent way to manage applications and support residents experiencing financial hardship.
With flexible workflows, tailored data capture and role-based access, Theseus can support agents, advisors, managers and partner organisations within one secure system.

Residents can apply for support through a secure online referral form configured around the requirements of your Crisis Resilience Fund service.
The form captures eligibility information, household circumstances, reasons for applying and the type of assistance required.
Applications are submitted directly into Theseus, reducing manual data entry and giving authorised teams immediate access to the information they need.
Professional or assisted referrals can also be supported, helping councils provide alternative routes for residents who may be unable to complete an application independently.

Keep residents informed throughout the application process using automated email or SMS notifications.
Notifications can be triggered at key stages, including:
This helps reduce avoidable enquiries while providing residents with greater clarity about the progress of their application.

Theseus: Exercise Referral supports the management of exercise sessions delivered on a 1:1 basis as well as programmes featuring group sessions of more than one individual.

With our groupwork features, exercise professionals can create and copy exercise sessions and mark attendance and notes individually or in bulk.

A Diary and Booking System Module is also available to facilitate direct appointment booking with exercise professionals.

We also offer two-way integration with primary care systems (EMIS, SystmOne). With this feature, GPs can complete a referral from within their primary care system. Client details and relevant health information is automatically populated from the primary care record and outcomes are be written back following the completion of the Exercise by Referral programme.
A training portal is available for easy onboarding of exercise professionals. The training portal is populated with bitesize training videos on all key functionality.

Theseus: Exercise by Referral’s Flexible Form Builder empowers your organisation to create assessment and follow-up forms tailored to service need.

Integrated outcome visualisation features enable services to have meaningful follow-up discussion with individuals and compare progress over time.

Theseus: Exercise by Referral has powerful data dashboards for your organisation to readily understand outcomes by exercise provider and patient demographics.
